Orders & Payments

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you need to create an Eraya account before placing an order. Creating an account helps you track your order, manage your Wallet Rewards, and access faster checkout. To register, please visit My Account.

How do I create an account?

Click on the “Sign Up” section on the website. Enter your name, email address, and mobile number to create your account.

How do I place an order?

After creating your account, simply choose your favourite Eraya products, add them to your cart, and complete checkout. Once your payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery on selected orders.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for selected products and PIN codes. Additional COD charges may apply.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order only within 24 hours of placing it. Since every Eraya product is specially made after you place your order, the cancellation option will automatically disappear after 24 hours.

If you cancel within this time, the amount will not be refunded to your original payment method. Instead, it will be added to your Eraya Wallet Rewards balance, which can be used on your next order.

How long does delivery take?

Every Eraya piece is made after you place your order. Most products are prepared and shipped within 4–6 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes another 3–7 business days depending on your location. For more details, please visit our Shipping Policy.

When will my order be shipped?

Our team starts making your product once your order is confirmed. Most orders are shipped within 4–6 business days.

Do you ship across India?

Yes, Eraya delivers across most cities and towns in India.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can also track your order from My Orders.

Why is my order delayed?

Sometimes delivery may take longer because of courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, or festive periods.

Refunds & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

No, Eraya does not accept returns after delivery.

Which products cannot be returned?

We do not accept returns for any product, including customized items, sale products, size issues, change of mind, or delayed delivery.

How will I receive my refund?

We do not provide refunds to your original payment method. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, the full amount paid will be added to your Eraya Wallet Rewards balance.

When will Wallet Rewards be added?

Wallet Rewards are usually added shortly after your cancellation request is approved.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours through support@erayajewel.com.

You must share:
  • A complete unboxing video
  • Clear product photos
  • Your order number

Once approved, we will exchange the product. The original Eraya label, tag, packaging, and invoice must still be attached. Products without the original label or tag cannot be exchanged.
