At Eraya, every piece is specially made after you place your order. Since we begin preparing your jewellery only after the order is confirmed, we take a little extra time to craft, inspect, and pack it carefully before dispatch.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our team starts making your product. Most orders are prepared and shipped within 4–6 business days.
Because each item is made on order, orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
Delivery Time
After your order is shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Customers in metro cities may receive their order sooner, while remote locations may require additional time.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, festive periods, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
You can also track your order anytime from the “My Orders” section in your Eraya account.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.
Free shipping may be available on selected products, locations, or promotional offers.
Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing the order.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable customer, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
